From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the perfect setup for my apartment, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. DaQuan was patient, attentive, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase. The Altari sectional is exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier with both the couch and the experience. Worked with Doug. Great experience! Enjoyed meeting Doug! Will certainly refer friends. My wife visited the store and spoke with Tyrone. He showed her all about the sofa and impressed her enough for her to have me go back with her. He happed to be off when we went back and Doug finished the transaction. What impressed me about Dou was he called Tyrone and credited him with the sale. Good job Doug and Tyrone. RLM

We had a wonderful experience working with Tyrone at the Ashley Outlet in Matthews! We first visited back in July looking for a sofa and loveseat, and Tyrone was incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful as we weighed our options without any high-pressure sales tactics. We went back yesterday to finalize our purchase, and once again, Tyrone went above and beyond. He was so helpful and resourceful, making the entire checkout process seamless and easy. If you’re shopping here, definitely ask for Tyrone!

Stephen greeted me and gave me some insight into the construction for a few sofas. He took the time to run some numbers for me on a couple different sofas. I came back later with my husband. Stephen wasn't there but Doug the manager did a great job explaining the Diamond Care warranty plan and was very thorough and pleasant in closing the sale. We got a great deal and look forward to lounging on our new sofa!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Stephen and Barbara! Stephen took the time to answer all of our questions and was incredibly patient. He showed us the pros and cons of several furniture pieces to find exactly what would work best for our family. When it came to mattresses, Barbara was fantastic. She is super friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained in great detail what would best fit our needs so we can finally get a good night's sleep. Both of them were super nice, helpful, and made our shopping trip a breeze. Highly recommend asking for Stephen and Barbara!

We took advantage of the Memorial weekend sale. The store was BUSY, but Tyrone let us know he'd keep checking on us. He was terrific; available but not hovering. We made a great purchase and Tyrone was a big help. Can't wait for our sofa delivery!

Daquan helped us for 2 days figure out the design of a beautiful couch and even helped us move all the pieces in store to make sure we got exactly what we want. We are super excited to get the couch and we’re very happy with the customer service in store!

Went today to look at some couches with my husband. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Derek and then I was immediately helped by Doug. No standing around looking for help! Doug was super helpful and you can tell he genuinely wanted to help me and my husband. He even quoted 3 different options for my husband and I so we can pick what is financially better for us. We left with buying our couch and it was super fast. No long paperwork to fill out, they did everything for us! Go check them out if you are in need for new furniture.

Doug was super helpful. He helped us figure out what would fit in our office and really listened to our needs. He drew a dimensional sketch to help us understand how different furniture would work in our room. Ultimately, we bought a couch, ottoman, and and table. Great experience!
